Villa Bogenhausen. (raumstation Architects GmbH) (euroboden GmbH)

Conceptually, the listed renovation, the extension and the interior fit-out follows the idea of careful further designing of this manor building, which was originally built in 1918 for the Count of Castell-Rüdenhausen "outside the edge of the city" by Paul Böhmer. The architect Paul Böhmer was close to Muthesius and his Berlin villas like the the English House, beyond Historicism.

A contemporary floor plan and buidling structure is now meeting the modern needs of the new owners. The design and construction of all elements, i.e. staircases, wall coverings, hall, loggia and bathrooms, is showing careful material selection and craftsmanship refering to the Arts & Craft style of this time.
